This Privacy Policy describes how Mission Cap Strategies ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with missionstrat.com and our business customer-care SMS program. SMS and mobile numbers. We collect mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent records only when you provide them, including through our web opt-in form or another clear written request. We use that information to send customer-care and account-notification messages that you asked for. SMS opt-in data and consent status will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver messaging, such as wireless carriers and SMS platform providers (for example, Twilio). We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Message content you send to our SMS program, such as STOP or HELP

We do not require an account to read this site. We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or government identification through this website.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

Operate and improve this website
Respond to inquiries and provide client service
Send SMS customer-care and account-notification messages to numbers that have consented
Honor opt-out and help requests
Maintain records required for messaging compliance

We do not use the SMS program for political campaign messaging or for marketing blasts.

3. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in, and consent

When you submit a mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our opt-in page, you consent to receive recurring customer-care and account-notification text messages from Mission Cap Strategies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked. SMS consent is separate from any other consent you may give us.

Collection and use of mobile phone numbers is limited to administering the SMS program you joined, confirming consent, delivering messages, and processing opt-outs.

4. Sharing, sale, and service providers

We do not sell personal information. SMS opt-in data and consent status will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share phone numbers and SMS consent only with service providers that must have that information to deliver or support messaging. That set includes wireless carriers and SMS platform providers such as Twilio. Those providers are not authorized to use mobile numbers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the firm or others from harm, or in connection with a bona fide business transfer of this practice, in which case this policy would still apply to SMS consent records unless we notify you otherwise.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site is a static website. We do not run a first-party advertising pixel and we do not sell browsing data. Our host may set strictly necessary cookies or log requests in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. You can control cookies through your browser.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry emails and SMS consent or opt-out records for as long as needed to provide the service, honor your preferences, and meet legal or carrier-program recordkeeping expectations. Server logs are retained according to our host's ordinary practices.

7. Your choices

SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any message. You may also email us and ask to be removed.
SMS help: reply HELP or visit /help.
Access or correction: email b@watkinsb.com and describe the record you want reviewed.

California residents may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct certain personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing as those terms are defined by California law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share SMS data for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email b@watkinsb.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children

This website and SMS program are intended for adults in a business or professional context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site or SMS program after an update means the revised policy applies to later collection and use.
