SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the Mission Cap Strategies SMS program. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Program name

Program name: Mission Cap Strategies customer care and account notifications. The sender is Mission Cap Strategies, Irvine, California.

Message types

Messages are limited to business customer care and account notifications. Examples include appointment confirmations, schedule changes, account-status notices, document readiness alerts, and replies to your support requests. This program is not used for political campaign messaging and is not used for marketing blasts.

Opt-in

You opt in by submitting your mobile number on our SMS opt-in page and checking the separate SMS consent box, or by another clear written request that we accept. The consent box is never pre-checked. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any good or service.

Frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported U.S. carriers depend on our messaging provider and The Campaign Registry campaign approval.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP you will receive a one-time confirmation and we will stop customer-care texts to that number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. You can also visit missionstrat.com/help, email b@watkinsb.com, or call 949-949-1949.

Privacy of mobile information

We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver messaging, such as carriers and SMS platforms. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You represent that you are the account holder or have authority to opt in the number you submit, and that you are 18 or older. Do not use the program to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content to us.
